Excellent treatment from the staff, the location (close to food stores, old town, castle, restaurants and fashion stores).

The staff is friendly - the swimming pool, although it is a large bathtub, is still nice

We had to change rooms 3 times, because half of the hotel is above a night club, and it's impossible to sleep, the wifi had to be restarted twice, also, no facilities in the room, not even iron or hairdryer like you find in most hotels at this price

Spa you pay 20 euros for an hour it should be included for guests or have the right to stay longer the spa girl took an hour and came to tell us to leave when the spa was empty we said we would pay an extra hour and after a few minutes she asked who would pay while we were still in the spa relaxing
